We need our vehicles to preform, and we've always been taken care of here. The only place I've taken my 13 Roush Raptor since 2017. "Car shopping at times can be a little unsettling, in my opinion. I was, and am extremely pleased with the way my wife and I were very fairly treated during the course of our purchase. Our Client Advisor Marvin was warm, friendly, and non pressuring in any way. It was a very relaxing purchase, and the GM, Dillon, was very accommodating. We will definitely shop there again! We asked for an accommodation after the purchase and they followed through, and kept us up to date. It was a stress free purchase. I highly recommend them. "Had an amazing experience up in park city with these guys! My friend and I were up visiting we live in Holladay and I've been looking into getting a ford bronco and wanted to test drive! They were so kind and friendly the moment we walked through the door! Test drive was amazing and I fell in love with the bronco! "I cringe when I have to go to car dealer to buy new car it's very rarely a good experience. I went to Karl Malone with my usual dose of skepticism but they had car which I wanted advertised on website. Well it was actually great. David was my salesman and he went above and beyond to make sure I got everything what I needed. Smooth transaction, no additional fees other then posted on listing. I thought if I will get car from dealer in Park City I will pay premium because of location and amount of wealth people around — it wasn't a case it was great buying car from those guys, Marcus and Coby and Derrick were all helpful to make process smooth, but ask for Dave right when you walk in!"
